Jason Bennett, Partner & Co-Founder

With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Jason has an extensive track record of building and leading successful development organizations.  Through his experience across North America and Europe he has developed an extensive network of relationships with the most recognized users, brokers and capital partners in the industry.  

Prior to founding JB2 Partners, Jason was the group lead for the National Build-to-Suit platform (Customer Led Development) for the world’s largest owner, operator and developer of logistics real estate, Prologis.  In this role, Jason had oversight for a build-to-suit development enterprise whose primary mission was to effectively solve the multi-market BTS needs of Prologis’ largest global customers across North America. Prior to joining Prologis, Jason was a Partner at Panattoni Development Company, where most recently he co-managed the company’s European platform.  He also worked as a real estate investment banker with Morgan Stanley and Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York and San Francisco.

Jason received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a Masters in Business Administration from Columbia Business School.

John Bancroft, Partner & Co-Founder

A recognized leader in construction and development, John has over 30 years of experience in design, entitlement, and construction management. His experience includes building and leading development teams, as well as direct oversight and management of projects.  He has led the successful execution of developments across the United States and Canada comprising over $10 billion in total value and more than 100 million square feet.  

Prior to JB2 Partners, John led the technical and construction management efforts for Prologis in its National Build-to-Suit business (Customer Led Development).  In this role he forged strong collaborative partnerships with key global customers and implemented industry-leading technical solutions to address their supply chain real estate needs.   Prior to this role, John was Head of Capital Improvements, Construction and Development for the United States and Canada.  In this role, John’s responsibilities included oversight of all technical aspects of Prologis’ development business in the United States and Canada (with an annual value in excess of $1 billion).  

Prior to his leadership role at Prologis, John was SVP of Construction and Development for KTR Capital Partners, where he was involved in all facets of development and construction across the U.S.  

Mr. Bancroft graduated from Fort Lewis College with a B.A. in Business Administration. 

Todd Taylor, Senior Vice President, Development

Todd has over 30 years of experience and leadership in planning, design, development and management of large-scale projects with several of the world’s largest logistics and supply-chain real estate users.  Todd also has extensive experience in the procurement and installation management of material handling equipment and facility automation.

Prior to JB2 Partners, Todd was Amazon’s Director, Global Air Projects Delivery.  In this role, Todd was responsible for the design, facility execution and delivery of all Amazon on-airport projects globally.  Prior to this role, Todd was Amazon’s Director, North American Design & Construction, and had oversight of all of Amazon Fulfillment’s US, Canada and Mexico facility design and construction activities.

Prior to his leadership roles at Amazon, Todd held senior construction and project management positions with United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS).  Among his accomplishments in these positions was oversight of the construction activities for UPS’ 2.5 MSF Hub 2000/Worldport project, as well as its subsequent 1.1MSF expansion.  

Todd graduated with a BS from the University of Kentucky School of Engineering.

Adam Terrell, Senior Vice President, Development

With more than 15 years of development and construction management experience, Adam drives successful development projects from inception through completion.

Prior to JB2 Partners, Adam was a Vice President on Prologis’ Customer Led Development team.  In this role, Adam had primary oversight responsibilities for the design, entitlement, permitting and construction management for build-to-suit developments for the company’s largest multi-market customers.   Prior to this role, Adam had primary responsibility for managing build-to-suit and speculative development projects for Prologis across the southeastern U.S.

Adam’s depth of experience in industrial/logistics real estate development is complemented by his breadth of experience in a multitude of other complex asset classes.  Prior to Prologis, Adam worked in preconstruction and project management for Brasfield & Gorrie (an ENR Top 25 general contractor) where he worked on a wide array of projects, ranging from hospitality, multi-family, and entertainment to high-rise hotel and office.

Adam graduated with a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business.
